The perfect preparation
Always bring the water to a boil – this effectively kills germs and dissolves limescale deposits, which can affect the taste of your tea.
For white, green, and yellow teas, let the water cool to 70-80°C before steeping. (Too hot water "burns" the tea leaves, making them bitter.)
Tea and herbal tea infusion times:

Black Tea
100 °C | ⏱️ 3-5 Min.
Green, white, and oolong teas:
70–80°C | ⏱️ 2-4 min.
!! Be careful with the water temperature: too high can make the tea bitter!"
Rooibos:
100°C | ⏱️ 8-10 min.
Herbal teas:
100°C | ⏱️ 8-10 min.
For a full flavor and effect, steep longer.
Fruit teas:
100°C | ⏱️ 8-10 min.
The longer it is left, the more intense the flavour becomes.
